Coming home for the holidays - and a concert

Singers Jaime Thietten and Caleb Collins are coming home to Twin Falls for the holidays.

Thietten and Collins are both living in Nashville and working on their respective music careers, but they haven't forgotten their hometown. Thietten and Collins will perform a benefit Christmas concert for Friends of Hospice at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the First Assembly of God in Twin Falls. Admission is free, but Friends of Hospice will accept non-perishable food items to donate to local senior citizen centers.

"We hope to see a lot of people out to support a good cause," Thietten said by phone from Tennessee.

Thietten said the concert in Twin Falls came about because she wanted to come home for the holidays and do something to benefit the community. She contacted Collins to get him on board, and they started looking for organizations to partner with.

One of Thietten's friends suggested a concert for Friends of Hospice, and Thietten thought it was a perfect fit. Thietten said she was already familiar with hospice work because her father, Gary, owns Idaho Home Health and Hospice.
